So, Im in a faction called "TheTibetanTigers" and we were raided by another faction on the 29th July in the evening by Shrek_Is_Drek's faction, I think they're called 'THCHOS'. I didn't see the raid itself, but present members of the faction reported seeing Shrek_Is_Drek opening wooden doors in a claimed zone while in the Enemy state to us. The doors were also locked at the time by members of the faction who were online. We checked ./f perms and it isn't possible to do this as a normal player. And fyi, the base is still claimed.
I asked on the discord if this was possible/know/allowed e.t.c and got the answer "no he has permissions to open every door
doesnt matter if its locked or not".
Therefore in normal gameplay he is able to do things standard players are not. If he wasn't able to open doors, the base would barely be griefed. Therefore I am arguing that this is unfair and wrong for him to do this.
I acknowledge staff need to be given special permissions for the job they do and I am sure that they do this well. I have no personal grudge against any of the staff, I'm just protesting that this isn't fair.
In an ideal world staff could flick between 'special' gameplay affecting permissions and normal player level permissions, but I see this is a hard thing to do, knowing PEX quite well, this seems like a lengthy process.
I hope this issue can be resolved and our faction seeks no re-payment for any damage that was caused by these advanced privileges, we accept we have been raided and thats fair. This is just for bringing up an issue that I see as unfair.
Thanks for reading this long paragraph, I look forward to seeing a response.
